Crown Air & Heat is a trade name of CRWN Services LLC, a Florida limited liability company based in Leesburg, Florida (“we,” “us”). This policy explains what information we collect through this website, by phone, and by text message, and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you call, text, email, or submit our service request form, we collect the information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, service address or city, and details about your heating or cooling system and the problem you’re having.

Like most websites, our hosting provider may record basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited. We do not use advertising trackers on this site.

How we use it

• To respond to your request, schedule and confirm appointments, and provide service
• To send estimates, invoices, and service updates
• To send text messages you have agreed to receive (see below)
• To keep records of work performed on your equipment

Text messaging

If you give us consent to text you, we use your mobile number to send messages about your service requests, appointments, technician arrival, estimates, invoices, and follow-up. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Full details are in our SMS Terms.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. This excludes service providers that help us deliver messages (such as our scheduling and messaging platform), who may only use it to provide that service to us.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers we use to run the business (scheduling, invoicing, payment processing, and email), with equipment manufacturers when needed to process a warranty claim on your equipment, or when required by law.

Security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information and keep service records for as long as needed to support your equipment, warranties, and our legal and tax obligations.

Your choices
